In the unlikely event of
a manufacturers defect we will
exchange defective item if we are notified with in 7 days of receipt of product , item
must be returned back with in 7 days of notification.
No fee for exchanges.
Customer is responsible to ship goods back to us with a note detailing what
they would like to exchange it for, please include name the order was under

Returns:
Only unopened and unpackaged socks are returnable
If return issue arises from our mistake or from material
product defect, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees. In all
other cases, including sizing issues, return postage fees is the buyers full
responsibility. Please make sure when purchasing your items you provide
correct sizes and colors. Shipping fees are not refunded in returns. If you
purchased over 49.95 and got free shipping, our standard shipping fee of
$6.95 will be deducted plus the restocking fee.
All sales final... A restocking fee
applies on all returns. If you wish to get a refund rather than an exchange,
the shipping charges will be deducted from final refund.
